Secondary Credentialing Forms
Secondary credentials will be issued by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) starting July 1, 2009 with your teaching license or teaching authorization. If you are looking to apply for a credential for the first time or if you want to add a pathway to an existing credential, please wait until after July 1 and apply through CDE at that time. If you have an existing credential that expires before July 1, contact Robby Adams to receive application materials. All application materials must by recieved by CCCS before July 1 to be processed. Any information received after that will be returned.
