Welcome to Perkins Monitoring
CCCS conducts technical assistance monitoring activities for educational institutions to evaluate the effectiveness of their compliance with all relevant rules and regulations that relate to a) the Carl D. Perkins Act, b) Career and Technical Education programs, c) the Colorado Vocational Act, and d) Compliance with Title VI, IX and Section 504 (MOA).

Our Technical Assistance Monitoring Strategy document explains how we developed our program and the process we will follow with each district/institution. We have also developed a schedule that will help us stay on track with the compliance requirements of Perkins IV.
