Each fiscal year, Perkins eligible recipients submit a local plan, budget and other documentation for reveiw by CCCS.
This plan aligns accountability, required uses of local funds, implementation strategies and local strategic planning.
Guidance is available in the Career and Technical Education Administrators' Handbook. Workshops and training materials are also available.
The local plan serves as a local grant management and local grant monitoring tool.
