You will be responsible for providing evidence of each of these upon request from a program director or in case of an audit or monitoring visit. Maintain all documentation for seven years. There will be a Five Year Plan on file that describes the program's strengths and weaknesses, defines the program's goals for the next five years, includes the results in the attainment of the program's established benchmarks, and includes the concept of continuous improvement over the next five years.

For a program request to be approved there must be an advisory committee in place of at least 5 members that meets a minimum of 2 times per year. If this program request is audited, meeting minutes will need to be provided and advisory committee members may be contacted. Keep on file a current list of all advisory committee members, including contact phone number, occupational title and place of employment.

Competencies in leadership, citzenship, organization, initiative and personal development responsibility are required to be integrated into the Career and Technical program.
